Neighborhood

The neighborhood is very quiet and one of the most peaceful streets on the island yet only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The IOP recreational department with free tennis courts, basketball courts, a soccer pitch, a big kids playground and a dog park is. short walk away. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store, lots of restaurants and a handful of shops on the island as well as Wild Dunes Resort with two golf courses, the Marina and boat ramp. Sullivans Island is just a 10 minute drive with Fort Moultrie and great restaurants. Take the connector over to Mount Pleasant for a stroll on Pitt Street Bridge and amazing views of the Charleston Harbor and Inter-coastal waterway. Paddle board with Dolphins at Shem Creek or head on over the Cooper River bridge for historical walking tours, carriage rides, local markets, boutique shopping and all the amazing restaurants on offer in downtown Charleston.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property during their stay. This includes the full home, the private pool, all outdoor spaces including the backyard and decks, and dedicated on-site parking for up to four vehicles. Enjoy complete privacy in your home away from home.

This lovely place had us feeling home away from home in a beautiful, safe, peaceful setting very close to the beach. We had our daughters and their friends in the downstairs rooms and we had the master suite. All beds were very comfortable and the vibe serene! The walk to the beach was under 2 blocks and easy to do, bikes were fantastic to have and nearby grocery and great restaurants made this a super spot! the beach had a private vibe since it’s several blocks away from the more bustling area. All in all so happy we chose this place over some others we were considering!!!
